KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research and identify new business opportunities including new growth areas, market trends, customers, partnerships, and services in SEA (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia);
· Foster and develop relationships with customers;
· Enable business of international buyers;
· Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these;
· Generate leads and cold call prospective customers;
· Meet with customers/clients face to face or online;
· Maintain accurate and documented sales pipelines of opportunities (prospects and suspects) and provide appropriate communication of such to Sales and
Marketing Manager;
· Developing and implementing strategic business plan and marketing plan for respective business fields;
· Conduct market research, information analysis and consolidation for
business development projects;
· Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
+ Business Development/ Business Administration background or equivalent work experience.
+ At least 5 years' experience working in TIC Industry preferably Softlines Background.
+ Understanding of the competitive TIC landscape in Vietnam.
+ Sufficient territory planning ability to identify and prioritize opportunities.
+ Fluent in English skills.
