Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Key Account Operations Manager ($1400, ID18134)
Manage the operational scope and performance for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring service quality and compliance with customer requirements.
Monitor and analyze customer KPIs to ensure service excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Support strategic account reviews, business planning, and development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
Establish, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assigned accounts and ensure adoption across internal teams.
Lead the operational onboarding process for new products or services in collaboration with the implementation team.
Provide training and coaching to operational teams to ensure alignment with customer expectations and SOPs.
Act as the primary operational contact for customers, resolving escalated issues and building strong, trust-based relationships.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in airfreight operations or key account management within freight forwarding/logistics.
Strong understanding of global and local freight forwarding processes, SOPs, and compliance regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proven experience engaging stakeholders from operations to executive levels.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
