Main Purpose & Objectives
• To ensure efficiency of modern trade account trading term management and assist Key
Account Manager on KA
business development• To ensure effectiveness of channel sales planning and activation of sales & marketing campaigns
• To ensure deliver sales values/ volume target of the accounts
Role Accountabilities & Challenges
• Planning & Budget control:
o Monitor MT budget allocated by accounts, actual expenses by month, brands
o Coordinate with TM, distributors to follow up accrual & budget control
o Assist KAM to develop account planning through and cross functional development to meet sales target
o Maintain productivity, building forecasts accuracy for the accounts
• Data management:
o Analyse business trends, coordinate with KAS to follow MT strategies, control and use effective sales promotion, others trade activities at the stores level.
o Develop & maintain customer database with detailed records.
o Consolidate MT report, competitors trade activities (promotion, NPD, sampling activation, pricing, ...)
• Administrator & execution:
o Customer card
o Settlement update with distributor
o Coordinate with others function to ensure good results for MT activation, MT visibility

* Qualification & Experience
What is the typical background required to competently perform the responsibilities of the job? (including technical skills and qualifications)
Education:
- University graduate
Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in sales operation & key account management for a multi-national company
- This experience must be built in a FMCG industry
- Having good relationship with current key accounts is preferable
Technical/Functional Expertise
- Knowledge of business practices and norms in Viet nam.
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Leadership & Coaching skills
- Good in building relationship with customers
- Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Ms Teams, Outlook, Power BI) & English proficiency
