Position Overview
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Test Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing, increasingly augmented by AI-powered QA tools. You will work closely with
developers and other stakeholders to identify issues, report defects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in modern, AI-assisted software quality assurance and grow your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on software requirements and design specifications, leveraging AI-assisted tools such as OpenClaw and GitHub Copilot to accelerate test creation and coverage.
Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and API testing, using AI-driven tools to identify high-risk areas and optimize test prioritization.
Identify and document software defects, using AI tools to help generate clear, detailed bug reports that are then imported into Azure DevOps for tracking.
Collaborate with the development team to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Contribute to building and maintaining automated test scripts, using OpenClaw, GitHub Copilot, and AI-powered self-healing automation to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance overhead.
Explore and adopt emerging AI QA tools (e.g., test generation, visual regression, intelligent test analytics) and share findings with the team.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or software development. (Fresh graduates with relevant project experience or a strong passion for QA are also encouraged to apply.)
Foundational understanding of software testing life cycles (STLC), testing methodologies, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with both black-box and white-box testing techniques.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
Familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, QC, or MTM.
Openness to learning and applying AI-powered QA tools such as OpenClaw and GitHub Copilot in daily testing work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Good oral and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Exposure to or academic project experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, etc.
Hands-on or learning experience with AI-assisted testing tools, particularly OpenClaw and GitHub Copilot.
Basic knowledge of a programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.

Salary: 15.000.000 - 25.000.000 (based on skills and experience)
