Mô tả công việc
1. Manage teachers in the school
Act as interpreter & mediator for parent meetings, counseling and conferences
Create content for marketing materials
Report to the Board of Directors and superiors for additional resources and support when needed
Plan and conduct training to improve teachers' classroom management and teaching skills and program staff performance
Responsible for the quality of teaching of Vietnamese language teachers at the centers in charge
Building a working culture for teachers and employees is the company's strategy
2. Academic management
Check lesson plan & content support
Student Report Card Assessment & Final Test.
Teacher observations & assessments (KPIs).
Teacher training and coaching.
Approve Material requirements.
Create a study schedule for weekly outings.
Supervising Program Moderators in supporting teachers' learning needs.
3. Administrative and Academic Activities
Organize weekly teacher meeting
Prepare and finalize plans for student field trips and events on campus
Drive student enrollment needs: classroom arrangements, lunch needs, parent information, first-day procedures, etc./
Check the daily lunch supply and quality
Approve program spending and budget balances and available funds (small cash)
Coordinate with Center Management team to ensure enrollment needs and policies are met
Collaborate with HR to recruit necessary positions for the school
Fired an employee who received more than 3 disciplinary letters
Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
- A degree in early childhood education is required (Obligatory).
- School representative to make application for permission to operate for the school.
- Good English skills (speaking, writing, reading comprehension).
- At least 2 years or more as a manager in a preschool, school or preschool education center or English Center or other international organizations.
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize important tasks.
- Ability to use basic office software (PowerPoint, Microsoft, Excel, etc.).
- Strong management skills, ability to lead meetings and effectively use human resources to accomplish tasks on campus.
- Actively; Creative; Honest; Responsibility; Professional attitude.
