* Cleaning & Hygiene
- Clean pots, pans, kitchen utensils and crockery using appropriate methods.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors and bins.
- Ensure dishwashing and sanitation equipment is in good working order.
* Organisation & Waste
- Organise storage areas, cleaning products and equipment.
- Sort and dispose of rubbish, recycling and food waste in line with policies.
- Assist with deliveries and proper storage of stock.
* Support for the Kitchen
- Support chefs with basic prep tasks when required.
- Ensure that all areas are safe, clean and ready for service.
- Alert the Sous Chef to any issues relating to hygiene or stock shortages.
* Teamwork
- Work respectfully with the entire kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Uphold professionalism and a calm attitude during busy shifts.
- Assist with end-of-day deep cleaning and closing procedures.
Yêu cầu
- Previous experience in a cleaning, porter or kitchen support role preferred.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Reliable, efficient and able to work independently.
- Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the kitchen team.
