• Advise and assist customers throughout the shopping process, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
• Introduce products, materials, and styles according to customer requests.
• Provide after-sales customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Assist with product display and arrangement in the store.
• Adhere to and maintain the store's visual standards and brand image.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the manager.
Yêu cầu
• At least one year of experience in high-end fashion retail or high-end customer service.
• Possesses refined aesthetic sense, excellent communication skills, and a dedicated service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of products, materials, and brands.
• Good spoken English.
