We are a Korea-based electronic components distributor seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our Ho Chi Minh City branch. Our company provides a stable supply of various electronic components including MLCCs, resistors, diodes, and ICs to local manufacturers and clients. To further expand our business in the Vietnamese market, we are looking to strengthen our local sales team. Position:
Technical Sales Representative
Nationality: Vietnam
The role will work closely with our sales team at HQ in Korea to service Vietnamese clients and develop new business. You will conduct B2B sales to electronics manufacturers and factories, leading the entire sales cycle from technical consulting to delivery coordination.
※ Working Conditions
Working Days: 5-6 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Place (Location): Ho Chi Minh City
Annual Salary: 10,000 - 13,000 USD
The Term of Contract: 12 months

Base Salary negotiable based on experience & qualifications
Performance Incentives - Additional bonuses for achieving sales targets
13th Month Bonus (Tet Bonus) - Typically provided before Lunar New Year for employees with at least one year of service (subject to company policy)
Insurance - Mandatory contribution to Vietnam's social insurance schemes (including health, social, and unemployment insurance), supplementary private insurance may be provided
Lunch Allowance - Non-taxable benefit up to VND 730,000/month via meal vouchers or cash subsidies
Phone/Internet Stipend - Business communication support up to VND 200,000

Degree: Bachelor ́s Degree
Major: Electrical, Electronic, Communications Engineering or related field
Experience: 3-7 years of professional experience in electronic components or semiconductor/electronic industry sales
Skills/Licenses:
Technical Skills - Knowledge of electronic circuits, ability to analyze Bill of Materials (BOM)
Tool Proficiency - Skilled in ERP systems and advanced Excel usage (data management, pivot tables, etc.)
Language Skills - Fluent in Korean (oral, reading, writing - TOPIK Level 3 or equivalent); English proficiency is a plus
Driver's License - Preference for candidates with driving ability for client visits in Vietnam
Certifications - Professional electronics/electrical technician credentials, ERP-related certifications, etc., are desirable
Language: Korean(Intermediate) English(Intermediate) Chinese(Basic)

Experience Documentation - Applicants must provide detailed employment history including years of service, key projects, sales achievements, and client acquisition results. References such as recommendation letters or contact details of former supervisors may be requested for verification.
Mobility / Business Travel Flexibility - The primary workplace is in Ho Chi Minh City; however, business trips to industrial zones in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong (North) and Binh Duong, Dong Nai (South) may be required. Short-term overseas trips to Korea HQ or Chinese suppliers may also occur. All travel expenses including transportation, accommodation, and meals will be covered by the company.
Performance-driven Incentives - KPIs will include not only sales revenue but also metrics such as new client acquisition, client retention rate, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Performance bonuses will be awarded quarterly or annually. Over-achievement may result in an additional bonus equivalent to 1-2 months of base salary. Long-term high performers may be granted opportunities for training in Korea, professional development programs, or promotion.
