Mô tả công việc
Manage and oversee maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, reliability, and minimal environmental impact
Provide technical expertise and support, including guidance on personnel and maintenance practices
Plan, schedule, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance; perform root cause analysis and implement improvements
Ensure all maintenance work complies with company policies, HSE standards, and legal regulations
Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Control, or related fields)
Experience in related fields
Ability to read and understand P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) for maintenance and troubleshooting
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Others: Good interpersonal and communication skills; good command of English
