Position Overview
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal standards, while driving Quality Excellence through operational quality improvement, digitalization systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and internal standards.
2. Plan, coordinate, and follow up on internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certification audits.
3. Monitor quality KPIs such as PPM, COPQ, audit findings, and defect trends to identify risks and drive improvement actions.
4. Oversee key quality processes including APQP, PPAP, CAPA, ECN/PCN, document control, and management review activities.
5. Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reporting systems
6. Support quality digitalization initiatives, including automated reporting, workflow management, and knowledge management solutions.
7. Lead quality improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, 5 Why, PDCA, FMEA, and Kaizen.
8. Provide training and guidance on QMS requirements, quality tools, and digital quality processes across functions.
Working location: Thang Long IZ, Hanoi.
Shuttle bus from Hanoi, Vinh Phuc to factory

Qualification
University
Experience
At least 2 years experiences in QC field
Skills & Competencies
• Understanding of QMS requirements, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and audit practices.
• Operational understanding of manufacturing process flow, quality control points, risk controls, defect prevention, and process ownership.
• Knowledge of APQP / PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, problem solving, CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, and quality performance management.
• Ability to convert quality and operational problems into measurable KPIs, dashboards, action plans, and management review information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/ AI agents/ tools
