We are seeking an experienced Mechanical &
Electrical Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and improve mechanical, electrical, and automation systems at the Tuyen Quang Wood Pellet Factory. This role is critical to ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations, minimizing unplanned downtime and driving continuous improvement across all production equipment.

Mandatory / Bắt buộc
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing environments, including:
Wood processing, stone processing, paper, cement, steel, or chemical plants; (Chế biến gỗ, đá, giấy, xi măng, sắt thép hoặc hóa chất)
Other large-scale heavy industrial facilities; (Các nhà máy công nghiệp nặng quy mô lớn khác)

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control diagrams (essential requirement).

Strong working knowledge of:
Industrial electrical systems - low voltage (LV); medium voltage (MV) is an advantage.
Electric motors, soft starters, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
PLC systems - Mitsubishi and/or Siemens preferred.
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Industrial conveyors, fans, crushers, wood chippers, kilns, drying systems, dust collection systems, and similar industrial equipment.

Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing, or CMMS platforms.
