Job Description:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in product development and mechanical design. You will be responsible for conducting market research, designing mechanical components, and overseeing the prototyping phase, ensuring successful product development. This role requires a problem solver with excellent 3D modeling skills and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis of existing restrained wide-range couplings.
Develop creative and innovative design solutions using SolidWorks for intricate 3D modeling.
Analyze problems and provide solutions using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Oversee the prototyping phase, including assembling and testing prototypes.
Collaborate effectively with the engineering team to ensure successful product development.
Maintain a network of vendors for machining, stamping, 3D printing, casting (steel, stainless steel, ductile iron), and injection molding (a plus).
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
Proficient in English & Vietnamese (required).
Minimum 4 years of experience in product line development for the mechanical design industry.
Outstanding 3D modeling capabilities with SolidWorks.
Proven ability to analyze problems, provide solutions, and overcome hurdles during design and prototyping.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (a plus).
A network of reliable vendors in the manufacturing industry (a plus).
