Mô tả công việc
Chịu trách nhiệm phân tích, thiết kế, tính toán, chuẩn bị bản vẽ và chuẩn bị các tài liệu liên quan đến khảo sát địa chất, phân tích địa chất, tính toán khả năng chịu lực của đất nền, gia cố và cải tạo đất, thiết kế nền móng cho kết cấu và thiết bị.
Phối hợp với Phòng kinh doanh để đảm bảo lịch giao hàng và kiểm soát công nợ
• Perform geotechnical analysis and study to assess construction site condition.
• Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration effectively.
• Perform field and environmental investigations for construction projects.
• Analyze geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations and prepare data reports to Manager.
• Develop proposals and determine cost and schedule for investigations.
• Provide direction to technical team in field inspection activities.
• Interact with customers and team members to complete the assigned project on-time.
• Develop design drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Review and approve geotechnical designs developed by outside consultants.
• Review construction design proposals and approve geotechnical aspects.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence;
• Co-ordinate with related departments (Sales support team, Accounting,...) to maximize GP (gross profit) and minimize late delivery or late payment with customers.
Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years of experience working as the same with role and responsible above.
- Priority for candidates with experience in construction of pressing and/or drilling PHC pile
- Graduated from university, majoring in geotechnical engineering, giologic or related specialties
- Practical knowledge to develop and widen PCH pile business
- Certificates or license relevant to the works
• Skill:
- Proficient in professional computer software such as MS office, Auto cad;
- Present effectively to customers, lead meetings and present to groups of people
- Writing reports, contracts proposals with pricing and business correspondence
- Fluency in both oral and written (English)
