Conduct technical surveys and site inspections at customer factories or project locations.
Provide technical consulting and implement engineering solutions to meet project requirements.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hydraulic, pneumatic, or automation systems.
Deliver technical guidance and training to customers and internal departments (Sales, Maintenance, ETC.).
Read and interpret technical drawings and specialized documents to support installation, troubleshooting, or repair tasks.
Coordinate with other departments for equipment delivery, installation, and acceptance testing.
Report issues and update work progress to management.
Perform other technical tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Thực hiện khảo sát, kiểm tra hiện trạng kỹ thuật tại nhà máy hoặc công trình của khách hàng.
Hỗ trợ tư vấn, triển khai giải pháp kỹ thuật, đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu dự án.
Phân tích, chẩn đoán và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến thiết bị, hệ thống thủy lực, khí nén hoặc tự động hóa.
Hướng dẫn, chuyển giao công nghệ, đào tạo kỹ thuật cho khách hàng hoặc các bộ phận liên quan (Kinh doanh, Bảo trì...).
Đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tài liệu chuyên ngành để
phục vụ quá trình thi công, lắp đặt hoặc sửa chữa.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để thực hiện bàn giao, nghiệm thu thiết bị.
Báo cáo sự cố, cập nhật tiến độ công việc cho cấp trên.
Thực hiện các công việc kỹ thuật khác theo chỉ đạo từ Ban
