1. Commercial & Cost Control (60%):
Quotation Optimization: Review BOQs and perform material take-offs from technical drawings to ensure highly accurate and competitive quotations.
Value Engineering: Analyze structural drawings to identify overdesign and propose cost-effective alternatives.
Sales Support: Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to finalize commercial proposals, empowering the Sales team to secure projects in international markets.
2. Market Insight & Pricing Strategy (20%):
Market Intelligence: Monitor pricing trends and competitor activity in key regions (Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.) to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
3. Production & QA Oversight (10%):
Timeline Management: Closely track production schedules to ensure strict adherence to committed delivery timelines.
Quality Control: Directly oversee critical fabrication stages (cutting, welding, painting, etc.) to prevent technical defects and minimize rework risks.
4. International Project Coordination (10%):
Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between Overseas Sales, Vietnam-based Engineering/Production teams, and International Clients to ensure seamless operations.
Troubleshooting: Lead the resolution of project-related issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Contract & Risk Management (10%):
Contract Drafting: Establish and manage commercial terms and conditions based on company legal frameworks and guidelines.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively mitigate potential commercial and legal risks within project agreements.

SHORTLISTED CRITERIA
1. Must-have
Basic ability to use AutoCAD and read technical drawings.
Comfortable working with technical data (drawings, quantities, materials), ideally within engineering or construction-related contexts.
2. Core competencies
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly or adapt to new technical or business environments.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
3. Advantage
Interest in international business or industrial construction projects.
Prior experience in a similar role within steel structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), or export-related environments is a strong advantage.
