I. MAIN DUTIES / CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH
1. Production Activities & Process Optimization/ Hoạt động sản xuất và yêu cầu liên quan
• Analyze and design production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce material waste, and improve product quality in paper packaging manufacturing.
• Develop, implement, and maintain process control systems to ensure stable production performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, PD, Maintenance) to introduce new technologies, equipment, and process improvements.
• Train production staff in standard work, process improvements, and best practices.
• Establish production conditions for new items: layout planning, workflow design, machine settings, SOP/ WI preparation.
• Conduct trials for adhesives, paper grades, UV/varnish coating, die-cutting accuracy, etc., and report findings.
• Control and verify Die-cut molds for both sample and mass production stages.
• Analyze and improve cycle time, packing standards, and material usage to increase productivity and reduce costs
2. New Product / Sample Project Management / Quản lý dự án
• Provide technical support for new sample development and ensure feasibility for mass production.
• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance of sample orders and coordinate with departments to resolve constraints.
• Review packaging structure, artwork, die-line, and specifications; provide design improvement feedback to the Product Development (PD) team before mass production.
3. Lead Kaizen activities and other job / Các công việc khác
• Monitoring Kaizen activities.
• Lead and monitor Kaizen activities to promote continuous improvement of culture on the production floor.
• Organize Kaizen workshops, meetings, and training sessions for employees.
• Coordinate Troubleshooting Team (TFT) to address production issues (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, 4M changes...).
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor/ Production Manager.
