Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an NPI Engineer (Electronics, English & Chinese speaking, $1.500, ID 19487):
Lead NPI projects and serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams.
Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet customer and company targets.
Coordinate with engineering,
purchasing, quality, and manufacturing departments to ensure smooth product ramp-up and stable mass production.
Manage risk assessment, problem-solving, and change control during project development.
Drive continuous improvement in process, quality, and cost efficiency for new products.
Prepare and deliver regular project reports and presentations to management and customers.
Build strong relationships with global customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirement
Gender: Male/ Female; Under 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the electronics industry.
Proven track record in leading NPI / Product Launch / Project Transfer projects.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and BOM management.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) & Good at English.
