Mô tả công việc
Create, modify, develop, and manage BIM models throughout the design phases;
Check the accuracy and consistency of BIM models against technical drawings;
Coordinate and resolve clashes between different systems;
Support the implementation of BIM in facility management and operation;
Develop and update BIM libraries and design standards as per company requirements;
Propose improvements to BIM workflows to enhance design and construction efficiency;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu
Solid understanding of industry codes and standards;
Proficient in modeling, design, and calculation software such as Revit, Navisworks, Office, Enscape, AutoCAD, and other industry-related tools;
Honest, hardworking, responsible, and highly motivated to grow professionally;
Priority given to candidates with experience in BIM design, modeling, and coordination projects.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field;
