Lập kế hoạch, quản lý các dự án đầu tư xây dựng và giám sát vận hành, bảo trì các hạng mục và công trình liên quan đến bến cảng hàng lỏng và hệ thống đường ống vận chuyển.
Planning, managing investment projects, and supervising the operation and maintenance of packages and facilities related to liquid cargo terminals and pipeline transportation systems.
• Lập kế hoạch sử dụng ngân sách hàng năm.
Develop annual budget utilization plans.
• Thực hiện vai trò quản lý dự án cho các dự án đầu tư xây dựng từ giai đoạn chuẩn bị đến triển khai và kết thúc, bao gồm:
Perform the role of
project manager for construction investment projects from preparation to execution and closing phases, including:
Giai đoạn chuẩn bị và thiết kế / Project preparation and design stage;
Giai đoạn thi công / Construction phase;
Giai đoạn nghiệm thu, bàn giao và đưa vào vận hành / Acceptance, handover, and commissioning phase.
• Theo dõi và quản lý hạ tầng bến cảng và hệ thống vận chuyển chất lỏng/khí, đề xuất phương án bảo trì và sửa chữa phù hợp.
Monitor and manage jetty infrastructure and liquid/gas transportation systems to propose timely and appropriate maintenance and repair measures.
• Rà soát hồ sơ thiết kế từ các đơn vị tư vấn liên quan đến công trình cảng, công trình dân dụng và công nghiệp, kết cấu thép và hệ thống đường ống.
Review design documents from consulting firms related to port structures, civil and industrial construction, steel structures, and pipeline transportation systems.
• Lập kế hoạch và
giám sát thi công các hạng mục được giao.
Prepare plans and supervise the construction of assigned works.
• Tổ chức nghiệm thu và bàn giao cho đơn vị vận hành.
Organize acceptance inspections and handovers to the operating unit.
• Xây dựng kế hoạch bảo trì.
Develop maintenance plans.
• Quản lý hợp đồng xây dựng và bảo trì.
Manage construction and maintenance contracts.
• Đánh giá hồ sơ kỹ thuật của tư vấn và nhà thầu trong quá trình đấu thầu.
Assessment and evaluation of technical documentation submitted by consultants and contractors during procurement cycles.
Yêu cầu
• Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (Giao thông, Xây dựng, Hàng hải), chuyên ngành Xây dựng Dân dụng và Công nghiệp, Công trình Cảng - Đường thủy.
Graduate from engineering universities (Transport, Construction, Maritime), majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction, Port and Waterway Construction.
• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế, giám sát và thi công công trình dân dụng & công nghiệp hoặc công trình cảng/đường thủy.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction supervision, and construction execution in civil & industrial engineering and port/waterway construction.
• Có chứng chỉ hành nghề thiết kế/giám sát thi công trong các lĩnh vực:
Possess professional practice certificates in design / construction supervision, in the fields of:
Công trình công nghiệp (dầu khí) / Industrial works (oil & gas);
Công trình giao thông (hàng hải, đường thủy nội địa) / Transportation works (maritime, inland waterways);
Thiết kế kết cấu / Structural design.
• Am hiểu pháp luật xây dựng và quy định
phòng cháy chữa cháy.
Thorough knowledge of construction laws and firefighting regulations.
• Thành thạo tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam và các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế như API, ASME.
Proficient in Vietnamese standards, oil & gas standards, chemical industry standards such as API, ASME.
• Kiến thức tốt về kết cấu thép, công trình cảng, đường ống công nghiệp, nền móng và chống ăn mòn.
Strong expertise in steel structures, port engineering, industrial piping, foundation engineering, and corrosion protection.
• Thành thạo MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP/ETABS, Tekla/Revit.
Familiar with Ms office, Autocad, SAP/ ETABS, Tekla / Revit.
• Có kiến thức về quản lý dự án.
Understand general project management.
• Tiếng Anh đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc (báo cáo, giao tiếp)
English proficiency, good at communication skill.
