Roles Summary
This role supports a global ecommerce and social commerce financial crime program covering KYC/KYB, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Enhanced Due Diligence, and regulatory reporting workflows. You will manage KYC/KYB onboarding, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), remediation, and periodic reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support KYC/KYB onboarding, periodic review, customer due diligence, remediation, and related screening activities for an ecommerce and social commerce environment.
- Manage L1 and L2 case reviews, verify customer and business information, assess risk, and prepare recommendations for approval, remediation, or escalation to L3 EDD where required.
L1 Tasks: Perform data confirming, data screening, document checks, customer profile review, initial risk categorization, and false-positive clearance under approved playbooks. Review legal name, registered address, entity type, ownership, and available screening results.
L2 Tasks: Investigate complex KYC/KYB cases involving high-risk indicators, missing information, opaque ownership, adverse media, PEP exposure, and linked seller behavior. Analyze expected versus actual activity, source of funds/wealth, and geography risk.
- Escalate ownership/control concerns, unresolved screening matches, and customer-risk issues that cannot be mitigated.
- Ensure KYC/KYB risk ratings reflect customer type, geography, product risk, ownership opacity, and due diligence outcomes.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in KYC/KYB, CDD, or related due diligence operations.
Domain Exposure:
• Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of CIP, CDD, EDD, UBO, PEP, adverse media, customer screening, risk rating, source of funds, and source of wealth concepts.
• English Proficiency: Strong English reading comprehension and case-writing ability for comprehensive KYC/KYB narratives.
• Preferred Industry: Ecommerce exposure is preferred, especially in marketplace, social commerce, digital platform, fintech, payments, or online seller-risk environments.
Working Condition:
- Flexible Shift Options: Candidates can register for either Fixed Day Shift or Fixed US Shift (Night Shift) based on preference.
- Priority & Incentives: We are currently prioritizing US Shift applications with Premium Allowances and Sign-on Bonuses.
- Environment: Onsite Cleanroom environment (High security, restricted personal devices).
