• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs of individuals and departments.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand business objectives and align training programs accordingly.
• Develop and design training programs, materials, and resources that align with organizational objectives and employee development needs.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.
• Build and manage the Vietnam region's in-house trainer team, including trainer selection, training, assessment, and motivation, creating an internal training force with local experience.
• Oversee the entire execution of employee development projects, from needs assessment, program design, trainer coordination, on-site organization to effectiveness evaluation, tracking post-training changes in employee behavior and business value transformation
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in training technology.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for training content development.
• Collaborate with HR, department heads, and senior management to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of training programs.
• Work with training & development vendors to implement the approved development programs.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to training and ensure that all programs comply with relevant legal requirements.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years of training management experience in Vietnamese local enterprises or Vietnamese branches of multinational corporations; experience in large manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in Chinese or English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), and able to smoothly communicate with headquarters and collaborate across departments.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese labour laws, local corporate culture, and employee behaviour characteristics; practical experience in independently building training systems and developing localized courses.
• Proficient in using training management tools (such as LMS systems) and office software (PPT, Excel, Project, etc.), and mastering professional methods such as needs assessment and effectiveness evaluation.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities; able to withstand certain work pressure and drive goal achievement.
