Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Lab Supervisor (Animal Feed, $800, ID21392)
Manage and maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, chemicals, and related materials to ensure proper operation and compliance with company standards.
Supervise, train, and support laboratory technicians in conducting testing and analysis in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.
Perform laboratory testing, analyze results, and ensure accurate, timely reporting of test findings.
Ensure strict compliance with laboratory safety regulations, environmental, health & safety (EHS) requirements, good laboratory practices (GLP), and company policies.
Prepare periodic reports, maintain laboratory documentation and records, and provide administrative or technical support as assigned by management.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Laboratory Supervisor in the animal feed or food manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control systems, and laboratory safety standards.
Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
