JD:
• Accounting management
• Monitors accounting system and activities to ensure optimum performance with adequate internal control and compliance with legal requirements and approved accounting standards.
• Review Cost elements and cost structures to align with statuary and group reporting requirements.
• Responsible for efficient Credit management process, supervise and join sales team in the Debt chasing and cash collection, and propose appropriate actions to address any credit issues.
• Preparing tax/audit reports and propose appropriate actions to address outstanding tax/audit items
• Responsible for frequent Cash Flow forecast.
• Assist Finance Director to do and implement business planning and budgeting processes in Finance and accounting Department.
• Assist Finance Director in banking activities and transactions.
• Taxation management
• Ensure the tax compliance of the company's activities and transactions for all tax areas including but not limited to import duties, VAT, CIT, SCT, FCT, PIT.
• Act the focal point for taxation consultation.
• Asset Management
• Fixed Asset, Tools and supplies monitoring, labeling, depreciation, liquidation, disposal
• Statutory Reporting
• Prepare/Review/verify the financial statements and activities reports ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of those reports.
• Regular data review, analysis to improve Cost Control and Opex optimization across the departments.
