Mô tả công việc
• Leads and manages a team of architectural personnel if possesses adequate experience
• Conceptualizes schematic designs; carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals
• Prepares tender drawings and material specifications
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with Clients
• Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues
• Liaises and coordinates with Consultants and Contractors
• Ensures design quality and Authority compliances (if any)
• Attends site inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans and design intent
• Proficiency in Softscape/ Hardscape etc.
• Knowledge application of ABC waters design guidelines or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, 3DMax, Lumion, Enscape and relevant software.
