Landscape Sr Coordinator

About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all outdoor landscapes within the factory campus. This role ensures that all landscaped areas are safe, visually appealing, sustainable, and aligned with global standards, ESG commitments, and local regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to deliver high-quality landscape operations that enhance employee experience and site image.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans and schedules for all outdoor areas, including green spaces, lawns, trees, irrigation systems, walkways, and decorative landscapes
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of external landscape contractor to ensure work is completed efficiently and to required standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess landscape conditions, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively address risks related to safety or plant health
• Monitor inventory, tools, equipment, and materials related to landscaping activities; plan and control operational budgets and expenses
• Coordinate with Facilities, EHS, Security, Procurement, and Workplace Experience teams to ensure seamless integration with factory operations
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including service quality monitoring, performance reviews, and compliance with contractual requirements
• Develop and enforce safety procedures for all landscape activities, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, local laws, and policies
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives by implementing water-saving solutions, environmentally friendly materials, and suitable plant selection for local climate conditions
• Prepare regular reports on landscape performance, costs, risks, and improvement initiatives
