• Participate in innovative software development life cycle using agile methodologies.
• Be responsible for the quality of technical solutions for simple to medium applications.
• Solve technical conflicts and make rational decisions between technical choices.
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, common design patterns, and principles.
• Set standards, provide technical direction, and perform reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Take a hands -on approach to solve medium to complex technical issues.
• Perform code reviews, provide recommendations, and suggest directions for continuous im-provement of code quality, reduction of technical debt, and enhancement of unit tests andcoding standards.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to update and/or build technical designs.
• Coach and train
developers to implement software in line with designs and standards, fostering their independence on technical aspects.
• Self -manage in designing the technical stack for development projects; research new or emerging technologies and frameworks when necessary, provide recommendations, build proofs of concept, and conduct training sessions.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 6+ years of proven experience in software development with this applied stack
• Hands -on experience in setting up code base for simple to medium applications
• Ability to read and write technical documents and reports in English
• Skilled in bridging technical discussions between developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Extensive technical knowledge across various areas, including front-end, database, and cloud
• Familiarity with mainstream design documentation methodologies such as ADD, UML, and BPMN
• Knowledgeable in continuous integration and deployment technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
• Strong focus on technical quality with experience in design reviews, code reviews, and clean code tools
