The Last Mile Delivery Specialist is responsible for monitoring, improving delivery performance, deliver the best experience for Omni Channel Customers.
Monitor and enhance the delivery performance of assigned stores, focusing on productivity, operational efficiency, and overall effectiveness, provide timely support to resolve daily operational issues faced by stores, ensuring seamless delivery processes.
Monitor and supervise adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in areas such as roster management, route planning, handover procedures, and Cash on Delivery (COD) processes. Adjust and update last-mile delivery operations processes and instructions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct regular visits to stores and perform audits to ensure compliance with established processes and identify areas for improvement.
Take charge of training programs for Delivery Supervisors and Admins at stores, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Generate and submit assigned reports to the Delivery Manager, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Monitor and improve the performance of 3PLs and system management vendors. Synthesize and promptly report relevant information to ensure efficiency and achieve set goals. Monitor and coordinate in solving issues related to Logistics Management Systems (LMS), collaborating with relevent stakeholders to address challenges.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to the overall success of the last-mile delivery operations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 2 years of experience as a delivery specialist or in a similar role at a delivery company in e-commerce platforms, supermarkets or retailers. Omni Channel or E-commerce experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor in Economics or Supply Chain/Logistics Business
Language: English
Office Skills: MS Office, Operation system like POS, OMS, LMS
Attitude: honesty, high responsibility, can-do attitude
