Mô tả công việc
- Advise legal regulations on investment procedures with foreign company from start up to complete Investment plan.
- Perform work on enterprises, submit documents: business registration, tax advisory, change of business registration, social insurance consulting.
- Researching, drafting documents and implementing administrative procedures with the Government.
- Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer's dossiers and solve the troubles if any.
- Providing legal briefing and legal research
- Participating in other legal advice activities from customers.
- Consulting in work permit, temporary residence, visa, etc,..for foreigners.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required;
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University, College with major in Law
- Good in English or Chinese is plus
- Fluency in office computer software.
- Having lawyer certificate will be a plus.
- Professional, creative, dynamic working style, always proactive and working independently
- Work in HCM, will have domestic trip based on projects
- Part time job based on project and monthly work schedule.
- Assist in setting up Foreign Law Firm in HCMC, estimated district is District 7.
