Space Data Reporting:
Monthly and Quarterly Reports: Generate space utilization reports to monitor and evaluate factory space usage on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Space Planning:
Forecast-Based Planning: Calculate space requirements based on capacity forecasts and projected machine needs, which vary depending on customer demand fluctuations.
Goal: Ensure sufficient space allocation for future production scalability.
Machine On-Hand Report:
Inventory Control: Create reports to track the quantity and location of machines and equipment across different factory zones.
Customer/Product Segmentation: Organize data by customer groups and product types for better visibility and control.
Capital Request and LCAR Management:
Capital Control: Manage capital resources for infrastructure and equipment projects.
Evaluation and Approval: Review installation and relocation requests to determine appropriate funding sources or initiate a Layout Change Approval Request (LCAR).
Layout Drawing and Planning:
CAD Drawing Development: Design CAD layouts for upcoming projects, machinery setups, and infrastructure enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure safety, feasibility, and alignment with company standards.
Drawing Control: Maintain and update layout drawings to reflect current and future factory configurations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree
Fresh staff or Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience in PM (Prepare and Maintenance) or Facility is preferred.
Fluent in English
Able to use Auto CAD 2D, 3D or drawing systems.
