Lead/Senior QA Engineer Remote

We are looking for a QA Lead to join validation testing team and take part in every development lifecycle to ensure product quality and release plan. This role plays an important part in our company's product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and manage a small testing team.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Work closely with the management team and validation team to deliver projects
• Manage validation team of 5 members
• Analyzing the requirements obtained from B.A team.
• Create, maintain, manage and enforce test plans for product features and product system
• Effectively assigning tasks to team members
• Define test design, test cases, and executing tests for important parts
• Monitoring test progress, tracking project bugs, and project KPIs
• Co-operating with the Development team, B.A to deliver the product with high quality and stability
• Assists in recruiting new staff, conducting interviews, and evaluate potential candidates

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• ISTQB certificate
• 4+ years of experience in software testing and at least 1 year of experience in leading a small QA team
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum processes
• Having understanding of different types of automation testing, applying in test cases
• A track record of communicating well with executives and non-technical leaders
• Established skills in Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
• Established skills in written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
• A track record of communicating well with executives and non-technical leaders
• Knowledge of popular web application security
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Established skills in a Programming Language
• Established skills in working on Linux O.S
• Having a track of record in working with SAAS products
• Having a track of record working with a CI/CD process
