We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UA Performance Marketing professional with deep expertise in Applovin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing our user acquisition and performance marketing strategies, specifically on the Applovin platform. You will play a critical role in driving revenue and scaling our user base for our mobile applications.

What will you do
• Strategize and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, AppLovin, etc.) to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize ad campaigns, focusing on cost efficiency and measurable ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance deeply to track KPIs (CPI, ROAS, CVR, retention, etc.), uncover insights, and propose clear optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creatives, analytics, and product to align on campaign goals and execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure we stay ahead in the digital advertising space.
• Constantly A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
• Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and learnings.
Yêu cầu
What we are looking for
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a significant focus on mobile app user acquisition on AppLovin or similar platforms (e/g Unity, ironSource, Google, UAC, TikTok)
• Experienced in managing a team of 3-5 people
• Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on the Applovin platform
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
• Expertise in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and LTV (Lifetime Value) modeling
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously
