SUMMARY
You will be responsible for the implementation of our gaming applications. You will ensure high availability of game systems and will be responsible for game enhancements .Your job will be to work with us to bring that same success to the rest of the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with team leaders (Client Game and Server) to break and assign tasks to team members, provide direction, track progress, mitigate risks, clarify questions, eliminate impediments and check the quality & performance of the team;
Work closely with producer/ department manager or relevant project owner to:
perform a technical analysis of requirements;
design system based on the game documents and also create a schedule for the product;
Prepare short-term and long-term plan for project development on client : Implement structure, set up environment, manage source control for development team;
Ensure the clean, positive, active attitude among the team. Work with producer, development manager on any non-product problems of the team;
Research and suggest new technology or solutions for our current process/implementation;
Tracking and creating technical documents for development and deployment
Provide technical knowledge to support other teams on their tasks;
Mentor and support the less-experienced-members.

General Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or strong Computer Science background
5+ years of relevant working experience
2 years of development management experience
Technical Skills:
Super solid knowledge in C++, Unreal Engine
Solid technical foundation
Strong experience with multi-player game-play systems, network replication, core engine
Experience in Tools Development
Experience in managing a team 2-4 people
Strong at handling source control system such as Git, SVN
Other Skills:
Good written and verbal English communication
Fast to read and understand code
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills
Good team spirit, Results driven and High responsible in work
Ability to work under pressure
Willing to learn new technology
And above all, motivation and a passion for mobile games
