About The Role
We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to take ownership of digital design projects, including corporate websites, web/mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms. This role is suitable for a strong Senior UX/UI Designer who is ready to lead project-level design direction, work independently, guide junior designers when needed, and present design ideas to internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate has solid UX thinking, a good sense of visual design, and basic art direction capability for creating moodboards, visual concepts, and polished digital interfaces.
Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI design for corporate websites, web apps, mobile apps, landing pages, and e-commerce projects.
Understand client briefs, business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, UI concepts, prototypes, and final design files.
Develop visual directions, moodboards, layout concepts, and UI styles that fit each brand and project.
Present design concepts and explain design decisions to internal teams and clients.
Work closely with Account, Content, Strategy, and Development teams throughout the project.
Prepare clean Figma files, components, responsive layouts, and design handoff materials.
Review and support junior designers or freelancers when required.
Ensure design quality, consistency, usability, and feasibility before development.
Stay updated with UX/UI trends, corporate website design, app design, and e-commerce best practices.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
Strong portfolio showing corporate websites, apps, e-commerce, or digital platform projects.
Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, prototyping, and
developer handoff.
Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and responsive design.
Strong UI sense, including layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Basic art direction ability: moodboards, visual references, concept development, and image direction.
Able to work independently and manage design tasks from brief to final delivery.
Able to present ideas clearly and explain design rationale.
Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and developers.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working in a project-based environment.
Nice To Have
Experience in agency or digital production environment.
Experience with e-commerce flows such as product listing, product detail, cart, checkout, and user account.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Webflow, Framer, or motion design.
English communication skills for reading briefs or presenting simple design ideas.
