Manage the brand's TikTok channel and TikTok Shop, including media planning, content, product selection, scheduling and sales strategies.
Source and manage livestreamers and KOCs; build, maintain influencer relationships and coordinate with MCN agencies.
Oversee end-to-end live stream operations, monitor sessions in real time and track performance data for optimization.
Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, sales, accounting) to ensure smooth TikTok Shop operations.
Analyze data from platforms, users and competitors to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
Experience in live stream operations or influencer management on TikTok or Shopee.
Strong planning, coordination and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate performance and optimize strategies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with live stream management tools, Excel/Google Sheets and social commerce platforms.
Results-oriented with focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
Proficiency in English or Chinese communication
