Mô tả công việc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development:
_Identify and pursue new customers in target markets.
_Building strong relationships with B2B, B2C customers.
_Research and discover new business opportunities for Caustic Soda (NaOH)sales.
Sales Management:
_Analyze current and potential customer volumes to focus on high-impact sales efforts.
_Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring customer needs are met.
_Prepare, present, and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
_Ensure stock levels are checked and credit policies are set appropriately.
Payment and Delivery Management:
_Oversee the collection of payments post-delivery.
_Confirm delivery status and follow up with the relevant person in charge (PIC) to secure timely payment.
Forecasting and Sales Planning:
_Propose weekly and monthly sales forecasts to the Caustic Soda Sales Manager.
_Contribute to the development of a comprehensive sales strategy.
Market Research:
_Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to inform sales decisions.
Reporting and Accountability:
_Take full responsibility for tasks assigned by the Caustic Soda Sales Manager or higher Management.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience:
_More than 3 years of proven experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the chemical industry
_Knowledge of NaOH (Caustic Soda) and its various applications is preferred.
3. Skills:
_Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
_Leadership capabilities and the ability to work well in a team.
_Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
_Proficient in English and Vietnamese, with strong communication skills in both languages.
_Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, KINTONE and sales software/tools
