Mô tả công việc
Primary duties: Design standard factory layout, audit and maintain standards in 5S, flow, SOP for factory to contribute increasing quality, output, kaizen activities, especially in production area
1 Conduct random audit assigned by senior level
2 Support project/ activities when being assigned by senior level
3 Delivery Training course which assigned by senior level
4 Prepare 2D and 3D design for factory layout follow Lean/Kaizen concept and safety rules
5 Taking care of contractor who working in responsible area to follow 5S and safety rules of the company.
6 Support production and maintenance to get maximum efficiency
Yêu cầu
1. University degree in Mechanical engineering
2. Experience in design industrial machines
3. Passion in time study, Method study, Work measurement, and job design
4. Ability to work independently & in team in order to meet deadlines.
5. Experience in designing software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks). Fresh engineer is also acceptable
6. Ability to communicate and present in English
