SCOPE OF WORK
Champion Learner Success: Provide exceptional support and guidance to learners throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This includes direct communication with learners through various channels (including email, messenger, phone calls) to address questions, resolve issues, and encourage engagement.
Engaging with Leads & Drive Conversions: Actively participate in converting current users and prospective learners leads (MQLs) to learners by reaching out to potential users, effectively communicating the benefits of Edtronaut's programs and platform's benefits.
Learner Support and Onboarding: guide them through the onboarding process and assist learners with navigating the EdTech platform, resources, and tools to maximize their learning experience.
Gather User Feedback: Participate in user research activities, analyze feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in Learner Success/Career Services.
Develop and Implement Strategies including Mentoring Program & Career Support: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance learner engagement, satisfaction, success, and career readiness. Offer basic career support and guidance to learners, helping them identify and achieve their career goals based on the defined framework and programs at Edtronaut.
Partnership Development & Account Management:
Establish and Maintain Partnerships: Work with universities, employers, and other organizations to build partnerships for projects such as mentorships, internship placements, job simulations, or custom-tailored training programs. Present Edtronaut's value proposition to partners, demonstrating how collaborations can benefit both their objectives and our learner community.
Account Management: Serve as a point of contact for established partners, ensuring successful collaboration and high partner satisfaction. Coordinate activities, manage communications, and ensure timely follow-up on project deliverables.
Project Support: Support the design and implementation of partner-driven initiatives, such as Mentorship, career development workshops, job placement services, or tailored learning solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner-related projects.
Others:
Collaborate: Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of our platform and services.
Participate in other projects aligned with the founding team's objectives, contributing to user and business growth.

Are you a passionate learner with a "can-do" attitude and a growth mindset? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy trying new things? If so, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates will thrive in a startup environment and possess the following qualities:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear and persuasive communication.
Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service or telemarketing, with a knack for building rapport and addressing customer needs effectively.
Critical Thinking Abilities: Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and develop creative solutions.
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow, particularly in the EdTech field and AI applications.
Availability: Able to commit to at least 4 days a week for a 6-month internship.
