Learning and Development Leader

1. Education program development:
- Develop clear learning paths and training modules for onboarding of new employees.
- Design and implement an education and skills program for production employees at all levels.
- Identify key competencies for each job function and convert them into clear and practical training goals.
2. Content creation and coordination
- Develop training materials, visual aids and e-learning material for the JSV Academy.
- Coordinate with production management to align education content with SOP's and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure all training content supports safe, consistent and high-quality work practices.
3. Digital skills card and training
- Establish and manage a digital skill card system for all production employees.
- Ensure that skill development is tracked, updated, and reviewed regularly in collaboration with department managers.
4. Continuous improvement and training
- Identify skill gaps among long-term employees and develop targeted training to help improve expertise and performance.
- Support team leaders in implementing work procedures and techniques in the production.
- Evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs based on performance data and feedback.
5. Teamwork across departments
- Work closely with HR and Production.
- Support Fast Lane team.
