Mô tả công việc
Overview: The Learning & Development Manager is pivotal in managing and enhancing the company's Learning & Development programs. Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources, this role is responsible for driving service quality assurance, employee engagement, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Forge strong partnerships with internal business clients to align development initiatives with current business challenges and opportunities.
Coordinate and execute learning and development initiatives across departments to support the company's strategic objectives and business goals.
Identify departmental training needs and deliver training sessions covering a range of skills from management to customer service.
Revise and update training materials to keep pace with changes in procedures and technologies.
Act as a consultant to department heads on training development and execution, ensuring the use of best practices in training delivery.
Oversee comprehensive induction and onboarding programs to enhance talent retention and facilitate smooth transitions into the company.
Coordinate the scheduling and orientation for new managers, and provide ongoing support in performance management and development planning.
Evaluate and manage relationships with external training vendors to ensure training relevance and quality.

Yêu cầu
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Development, preferably within Hospitality, Casino Training, or a related luxury service environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training and development programs with measurable results.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese. Additional language skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are highly desirable.
Strong leadership capabilities and proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in managing substantial training budgets.
