Savills is looking for 2 outstanding graduates / early‐career professionals into our Commercial Office Leasing team in Hanoi.
This is not a desk job.
You'll be advising, influencing and negotiating directly with CEOs, General Directors and CFOs of large multinational and leading Vietnamese companies.
These are senior‐level conversations, often about where a business will locate, grow and invest for the next 5-10 years.

We're particularly interested in Vietnamese graduates with international exposure and fluent English - people who are confident engaging senior executives, not intimidated by them.
You need to be:
- Ambitious and driven to progress quickly
- Sociable, confident and comfortable building relationships
- Competitive by nature - someone who likes to win
- Professional in how you present yourself and communicate
- Curious about business, people and how decisions are really made
A sports or competitive background is a real advantage. This is a performance‐led environment.
