- Preparation for the opening of a new shopping mall, responsible for diverse tasks, not limited to the duties mentioned below.
- To set up store concept, target customers, floor plans, tenancy mix, differentiation strategy, tenant leasing and others.
- To research and report on market trends, new content development, and competitor analysis as references for new retail projects.
- To build relationship with potential tenants and major distributors for leasing activities.
- To handle various administrative tasks related to the team and organization.
Yêu cầu
Required abilities
- Understanding of Vietnam retail market and trends, ability to set up store concept, store positioning, floor plans, tenancy mixes, and differentiation strategies based on market research and findings.
- Understanding of shopping mall business model, profit structure, tenant leasing process.
- Leadership skills, experience in efficiently managing team.
- (optional extra) Understanding of architectural drawing, and related facilities.
- (optional extra) Proficiency or basic skill in AutoCAD.
Required Experience
- Min. 1 year / 3 years work experience in leasing department of major shopping malls.
- (optional extra) Experience in opening new retail project (required abilities : setting up store concept, tenant mix, leasing tenants etc.)
- (optional extra) Professional in the F&B industry
