- Administrative support related to business registration documents, investment registration and consulting on licenses related to the operation of the enterprise
- Collect documents, research and preliminary assessment of basic legal risks and other operating management issue for actual cases of clients.
- Consulting on regulations and policies related to management of enterprise, investment, construction, factories, etc.
- Drafting documents, contracts, quotations for the Company
- Drafting documents to clients and other relevant state agencies;
- Contact customers and administrative agencies to handle work
- Support the implementation of administrative and personnel work (accounting for 30% of working time);
- Perform other jobs suitable to the legal capacity and expertise as assigned by the General Director and Head of the professional division

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from the University of Law
- Proficiency in English
- Honesty, prudence, responsibility for assigned work
- Good communication
- Priority is given to those who have worked in a legal and tax consulting company.
- Have a professional attitude and manner at work
- Commit to a minimum of six months of internship and work
