Legal Assistant (Contractor 6 Months)

*Key Activities:
- Contracts management: review purchasing contracts having value lower than VND500mil, sales contracts for lubricant; support line manager to standardize contract templates.
- Legal research and legal advice: upon demands of business and line manager, conduct research on legal regulations and give advice and guidance to business and ensure the daily operation in compliance with prevailing legal regulations.
- Legal documents management: Draft/review, inventory and safekeeping of all legal documents (including project & corporate licenses); keeping the legal/corporate information of M&S Vietnam affiliates up-to-date in the Company's legal information system (currently TELA).
- Legal watch: contribute to regulatory watch by frequently checking national legal databases, legal update services to identify updates of laws and regulations relating to the business and operations of the Company, and inform Management accordingly
- Projects support: participate in M&A, internal projects as required/engaged by business demands or nominated by line manager.
- Admin tasks: translation (Vietnamese - English), documents notarization, payment process for legal service, etc.
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
