1. Purpose:
• Assist the Team Leading Partner (TLP) and the Associates/Consultants in an effective and efficient manner to perform legal consulting works for the Company's clients and participate in performing other appropriate tasks as assigned by the TLP.
2. Main Responsibilities/ Duties:
Professional Tasks:
• Conduct supporting works for the Partners in the professional team to perform legal consulting works for the clients, such as:
• Search and research of legal documents, case dossiers, fact-check with governmental agencies to compose (or provide information for the Partners to compose) letters of advice, legal files; dossiers for the clients;
• Contact, conduct dossiers procedures with governmental agencies;
• Translate documents and perform other support works;
• Participate with the Partner in contacting, working with the clients and other third-parties with the purpose of performing works, and make records of work results;
• Assist the colleagues in handling the works;
• Meet the quality requirements of one's works;
• Manage case dossiers in one's charge and other related works.
Business Development Tasks:
• Compose fee proposals and/or research, provide necessary information for the Partners to compose fee proposals;
• Inform the TLP of opportunities to establish new customers; cases that the person is aware of;
• Participate in writing articles in newspapers; magazines, attending seminars as assigned by the TLP;
• Actively participate in associations, industrial organizations/communities as assigned by the TLP to develop the Company's image;
• Build and maintain good relationships with the Company's clients and governmental agencies during the working process.
Other Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain good relationship with colleagues and positively contribute to building a team-work environment;
• Contribute, offer opinions to improve the Company's processes, procedures, policies;
• Comply with the Company's internal management regulations during the working process;
• Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the TLP;
3. Rights:
• Refer to the documents in the Company's Library in accordance with the Company's regulations on Library management and information security;
• Request the TLP to provide necessary and reasonable support during the working process;
• Other rights as assigned by the TLP.
4. Report Channels: Report directly to the TLP (or the Managing Partner if requested)
