Mô tả công việc

Assist in working with clients to understand and finalize their requirements regarding the licensing process and provide a full range of licensing-related services to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage the application and renewal process for all client licenses.
Contact, and liaise with competent State authorities; other relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to deliver the most effective results to clients;
Act as a client liaison and representative to work with the state authorities;
Assist in reviewing and preparing contracts, agreements, applications, and other related legal documents as assigned.
Help with regulatory filings, including license renewals, annual reports, and other required documentation.
Support senior team members in conducting research and providing regulatory insights on licensing and compliance matters.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Law or a relatedfield from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience in licensing.
Excellent command of the Englishlanguage, both writtenand verbal.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skillsand attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
