Mô tả công việc
Your goal will be to ensure Tiki operates in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business objectives
Main Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for working closely with compliance committee of Tiki to implement the yearly compliance program;
2. Be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring the compliance activities:
- Be responsible for defining and standardizing internal processes to enhance the effectiveness and ensure the legal compliance [ ensure that each department follows all applicable laws and regulations];
- Be responsible for planning and carrying out compliance activities/ e-learning to build a compliance culture at Tiki;
- Be responsible for training Internal Guidelines/Best Practice regarding Legal Compliance part to Compliance Champions (assigned by Head of each Function) and target employees
- Be responsible for carrying out yearly Legal Compliance Audit projects
3. Be responsible for analysis of new or revised laws/regulations in e-commerce industry and proposing solutions to related functions;
4. Drive awareness of organization about legal compliance topics in e-commerce industry;
Measurements/ Performance Indicators
1. Ensuring compliance legal risk management and no surprise on business impact;
2. Compliance legal issues must be handled properly;
3. Yearly Compliance Programs decided by Compliance Committee;
4. Compliance training KPIs
Yêu cầu
- University degree from an accredited law school;
- Ideally a certified lawyer
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance
- Be experienced in E-commerce industry at least 1 year
- Familiarity with professional standards
- Knowledge of international and local e-commerce laws;
- Ability to manage time effectively, with a track record in handing multiple projects
- Analytical skills and results-driven
