Lead and oversee all Legal & Compliance functions to ensure the Company's operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Company's legal compliance framework, governance policies, and internal control systems.
Monitor regulatory changes, assess legal impacts, and provide practical legal guidance to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of commercial contracts, legal documents, and corporate transactions while minimizing legal and business risks.
Identify, assess, and manage legal and compliance risks; recommend effective mitigation strategies and ensure timely reporting of significant risks to Management.
Provide strategic legal advice and business-oriented solutions to the Executive Board and cross-functional stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Legal & Compliance team to support the Company's long-term growth.
Support the Chairman and Executive Board in preparing legal documents, corporate governance matters, reports, and materials for key management meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Board.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or above in Law.
Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role.
Proven experience as an in-house legal counsel, preferably in multinational or corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, compliance, and legal risk management.
Hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and internal governance frameworks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, business partnering, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated manufacturing industries is highly preferred
