Legal Manager

Education/Major: University graduation with a major in Corporate Law.
Language Proficiency: Good command of English.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Manager.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, multi-channel sales, or e-commerce is a plus.
Professional Competency & Industry Knowledge
- Regulatory Affairs (RA) Expertise: In-depth understanding of regulations on product declaration, advertising, and labeling for cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical devices.
- Compliance Management: Ability to establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all processes from importation, warehousing to marketing are fully compliant.
- Dispute Resolution & Intellectual Property Skills: Protect the company's brand and handle complaints or disputes from customers or competitors.
Strategic & Managerial
- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advisory to the Board of Directors (BOD).
- System Building: Possess a process-oriented mindset to digitalize or standardize legal operations, enabling smooth business operations during rapid headcount growth.
External Relations Capability
- Regulatory Relations: Have experience working directly and tactfully with the Ministry of Health, Drug Administration of Vietnam, Vietnam Food Administration, and market surveillance authorities.
Mindset
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to withstand pressure during high-growth phases.
- Integrity & Courage: Strong enough to raise red flags when necessary.
