Your role
- Draft and review commercial and finance contracts
Manage corporate governance for Belgian entities and oversee legal housekeeping for global entities in your region
Advise and manage legal aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings (e.g. incorporations, mergers)
Support internal stakeholders with day-to-day legal questions
Handle disputes, litigation, and claims in coordination with external counsel
Advise the HR team on employment law matters
Monitor legal developments, assess business impact, and proactively communicate changes
Your profile
Master's degree in Law and minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law; financial law and/or employment law is a plus
Analytical, detail-oriented, and pragmatic mindset
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Fluent in Dutch and English
