Mô tả công việc
Provide legal services and supports to other departments and other subsidiaries within Hoa Phat Group.
Work closely with the business team, and partner/client's legal teams to draft, review contracts and other legal documents.
Take part in the negotiation of business terms and conditions and resolve disputes that arise in trading and other businesses.
Participate in research on the legal procedures of potential investment projects.
Assist accounting team in international payment and arrangement of credit lines with financial institutions.
Maintain compliance with both local and international Laws and Regulations where the company's offices are based. Monitor and keep abreast of any changes in the Laws and Regulations to advise the Management of the impact on the business and operations. Recommend strategies and solutions for compliance when necessary.
Represent the Company to liaise with relevant government authorities.
Provide material and assist in legal training to other team members.
Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Yêu cầu
Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or International Trade. Candidates with good knowledge of International trade and shipping law will be preferred.
Possess Post-Qualified Experience in Trading litigations is an added advantage.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, strong drafting, excellent negotiation, and communication skills in English.
Be proactive, meticulous, and result-oriented.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Perform well under pressure.
Willing to travel on a short notice when the Management requires.
Working location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam

Salary range: SGD 1500 - SGD 1800
